How IHCSUSA acquires their workforce ?

We go through our business hiring process to recruit the job requirements of our client. This process below explains our Internation Recruiting procedures.

1. Applicants Apply to us or with our Executive Recruiting Agencies/Agents. All applicants are stored iin our database.
2. Forms and Documents are completed, filed and reviewed to make sure each applicant complies with all necessary immigration requirements. All applicants conform to all the documents required for US travel.
3. Qualifying Candidates are then selected from the applicants for each job requirement and are interviewed by our Recruiting Agents. Each selected candidate goes through our qualifying process.
4. After selectively qualifying each candidate we then submit passing candidates to be interviewed by our Regional Directors.
5. Candidates that are approved by us or our Regional Directors will continue to complete all necessary Immigration Documents, Visa, Passports. Diplomas and certifications are reviewed.
6. Passing Candidates go through our orientation process.
7. Medical Professionals are checked for compliance on their Medical Requirements such as NCLEX and TOEFL requirements.
8. After all documents and paperwork is complete. We submit each applicant package to our Clients for sponsorship approval.
9. Clients then provide all authorization for any Passing Candidate to Migrate to the USA. 
10. Candidates will still be authorized by the US Government and a VISA entry is rewarded if the Candidate passes all Immigration requirements. Interviews are done by respective Country Consulates as part of the process.
11. Candidates are flown to the USA and we set accomodations in their port of entry which normally will be in Los Angeles.
12. Candidates are re-oriented upon their arrival.
